TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using FONMYDJ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

FONMYDJ is a marketplace that connects DJs with event organizers and individuals seeking DJ services ("Bookers"). We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between DJs and Bookers.

You must create an account to use most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

DJs listed on the Platform agree to: represent their skills and experience accurately; honor confirmed bookings; maintain professional conduct; and set fair, transparent pricing.

DJs are independent contractors, not employees of FONMYDJ. DJs are solely responsible for their tax obligations, equipment, and compliance with local laws regarding performance and noise regulations.

Bookers agree to: provide accurate event details; honor confirmed bookings and agreed-upon payment terms; provide a safe working environment for DJs; and communicate any changes to event details in a timely manner.

FONMYDJ facilitates payments between Bookers and DJs through our payment processing partners. A platform service fee may apply to transactions processed through the Platform. Fee details are displayed before booking confirmation.

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined at the time of booking. Both parties agree to the cancellation terms before confirming a booking.

DJs retain all rights to their music, mixes, and creative content. By uploading content to the Platform, DJs grant FONMYDJ a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

The FONMYDJ name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

FONMYDJ is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of DJ performances, event conditions, or disputes between DJs and Bookers. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FONMYDJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
